Olive Appetizer Rolls

1 can refrigerated classic pizza crust dough
1/4 Caraffa olives (chopped)
1/2 cup grated Asiago Cheese
1 tsp. chopped rosemary
1 tablespoon melted butter
Preheat oven to 450 / lightly grease a round cake pan
*Unroll pizza crust, spread olives over dough leaving 1/4 in border. Sprinkle cheese and rosemary. Gently roll up dough and slice into 10 slices. Place slices in cake pan. Brush top of dough with melted butter.*(if you have parmesan cheese you can sprinkle over butter)
Bake 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.

Boconcinni a la Caraffa

Take 10 lg boconcinni cheese and cut into small cubs, add 1 250ml jar of caraffa olives. Mix and serve or store for 24 hrs.

Caraffa Pasta

Cook pasta accordingly to package directions, once pasta is ready add one full jar of Caraffa Olives including the oil. Toss and serve, add parmesan cheese if desired.

Antipasto Platter

Add Caraffa Olives to the center of your deli or cheese platter. Place 1-2 jars of Caraffa Olives in a decorative bowl adding your favorite meats and or cheese such as prosciutto, salami, capicollo, sliced tomatoes, provolone, mozzarella etc. This makes for a wonderful appetizer.

Tuna con Caraffa Olives

Take one can of tuna and mix with 1/2 a jar of Caraffa Olives. Enjoy in a sandwich or on it's own.

Sandwiches

Caraffa Olives can be added to any of your favorite sandwiches or can be enjoyed in a sandwich on it's own.
